We are technology solutions company that specializes in the provision of innovative project management and collaborative solutions for project managers and CEOs (or any senior personnel of any organizations). CEOs and Project Managers have many similar challenges.   • Unable to make structured decisions especially when they are away from the office
    (eg. Travelling).
  • Difficulties in managing or connecting with their people who are working at various

Project Managers’ Challenges

  issues, project status, schedule etc). These can lead to serious communications breakdown.
• Risks and issues management and escalation process is not in place.
• Inadequate standards. Every project team have their own way of doing things (eg. Status reporting).
• Many other aspects of project management processes are not managed effectively
  (eg. Stakeholders’ communications).
